Analytics

Aggregate page views and referrers, so we know which entries get read. Not tied to a name, and no attempt is made to identify readers.

Email

Messages and addresses are kept so we can reply and follow a correction through. Nothing joins a mailing list.

Affiliate tracking

Outbound operator links may carry a tracking parameter so a signup can be credited here. That processing belongs to the operator or its network.

Your rights

Ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at contact@sweepstakesusaonline.com. We reply within thirty days.

Retention

Email is kept two years. Analytics is aggregated and kept twenty-six months.
